Suma
Can three small daily wins become a useful record of growth without making reflection feel like another task?
A private, mobile-first work journal that begins with three small daily wins and is designed to make reflection easier over time.

The problem
Important contributions are easy to forget because they are scattered across ordinary workdays. By the time a review, résumé update, or career conversation arrives, the details and context are often gone.
The approach
I am building Suma around a simple first step: sign in and record up to three things that went well today. The larger idea is to move from capture to reflection, distillation, and review, but the first milestone stays intentionally focused on making the daily record trustworthy and easy to maintain.
What I learned
The useful future summary depends on the quality of a very small present action. Building the capture foundation first made privacy, date boundaries, mobile ergonomics, and reliable editing more important than adding ambitious analysis too early.
