Little Log

How small can a private memory tool become before it is easy enough to keep using?

A private family journal designed to make recording small memories quick enough to become a habit.

Little Log uses a calm, family-centered visual identity designed for quick everyday use.

The problem

The everyday moments I most want to remember are usually too small for a formal journal entry. If recording them takes too long, they disappear.

The approach

I built a private, mobile-first journal around a short capture flow. The product is intentionally focused: record the moment, add the useful context, and return to family life.

What I learned

Building for a real family changes the definition of a good feature. Privacy, speed, and a calm interface matter more than adding another clever option.
