The approach
I am building a system that starts with a clear professional profile, searches obvious and adjacent roles, checks official application paths, remembers reviewed jobs, and explains its recommendations.
What I learned
The hardest part is not asking AI to find more jobs. It is defining what good work looks like, deciding what evidence to trust, and creating a process that improves when it fails.
