Hidden Connections
A public knowledge system for finding durable ideas across scattered notes, sources, and domains.
A notebook that can answer back
Most note systems are good at storage and weak at synthesis. Hidden Connections is an experiment in maintaining a small, legible knowledge graph where source material stays distinct from interpretation.
The project uses structured notes, explicit relationships, and lightweight AI assistance to surface connections for a human to evaluate. It treats synthesis as an editorial act, not an automatic byproduct of scale.
Design principles
- Keep sources narrow and attributable.
- Make higher-level claims separately and revise them over time.
- Use automation to propose connections, never to erase uncertainty.
